We are making the outbreak of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) our top priority, and, effective immediately, will implement new procedures for conducting all services entrusted to our care.
To conform with the suggestions of the CDC, the Federal Government, Governor Beshear, the National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA), and the Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky (FDAK), we encourage families to plan a private service limited to immediate family.
We appreciate your understanding, as we know that this is not the ideal way to honor our loved ones, but feel this step is necessary to protect the health and welfare of the families we serve and our staff.
Thank you for your understanding as we all work together to take care of each other in the midst of so much uncertainty.
Once these recommended restrictions are lifted and we resume public gatherings, we will offer the families we serve dealing with these unfortunate restrictions, the option to have a memorial gathering at no additional cost, as scheduling permits.
As always, we are here for you, available 24 Hours a day for any question or concern. (Falmouth (859)-654-3306 or Berry (859)-234-5232) Presently, we are still keeping regular office hours and scheduling private/phone appointments. Daily, we will continue to monitor new developments/regulatory requirements.
