Bonnie (Vice) Pugh Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Bonnie (Vice) Pugh, 76, of McKinneysburg, KY, went home to be with her Lord on November 14, 2020, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, surrounded by her family. Bonnie was loved immensely by her family and friends. Born on December 5, 1943 in Nicholas County, KY, she was a daughter of the late Carroll and Christine McElfresh Vice of Carlisle, KY. On February 20, 1971, she married Gary Pugh, and her dear husband survives her passing. For 35 years she worked as a seamstress for Bluegrass Industry ( later Jockey) in Carlisle, and after retirement, she loved working in the cafeteria at Southern Elementary for 6 years. She was a 20 year member of New Hope Church of Christ and most recently a member of Eastside Church of Christ. She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Gary; her children: Christy (Jeff) Baumgartner of Falmouth, KY, Darrin (Kelly) Pugh of Falmouth, KY, and Jonathan (Lois) Pugh of McKinneysburg, KY; 8 grandchildren: Skye Baird, Brittany, Caleb (Morgan), and Chloe Baumgartner, Hannah, Adrienne, Ayden, and Anna Pugh; 3 great grandchildren: Cali Baumgartner, James Tucker Booth, and one expected in May 2021; her siblings: Claudie (Kathy) Vice, Danny Joe (Carol) Vice, Karen Smith, Pam Vice, Gilda Vice, and Tracy (Amy) Vice, many nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers: Merrill, Larry, and Tony Vice. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm, Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth, with Dr. Jesse Carter Henderson officiating. The visitation will be from 4-8 pm on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at the funeral home. Interment will take place in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Pendleton County. Memorials are suggested to Mt. Vernon Cemetery.
