Born on May 23, 1917, he was a son of the late William and Minnie Mae Clayton Webber. On January 11, 1947 he married Georgina Cloe and she preceded him in death on September 29, 1999. He was a member of the Colemanville Christian Church, a farmer, former Harrison County Bus Driver, and retired from the Ladish Company. He Loved Music, Dancing, and telling stories.
