Clayton Foster Ramsey, 64, of Falmouth, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2011 at the University Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. Born on March 2, 1947, he was a son of the late Ercil and Hildreth Cummins Ramsey. On June 7, 1975 he married Elizabeth Fullwood and she survives his passing. He was an 8 year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, having served in Vietnam, and a Quality Control Inspector for G.E and A.R. Industries.
