Marietta Tuel Wilson Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Marietta Tuel Wilson, 100, of Falmouth, KY, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at the Kenton Pointe Care Center in Maysville. She was born on October 30, 1919 in Flemingsburg, KY, a daughter of the late James Harlen and Mary Ann Weddle Tuel. On August 10, 1963, she married Ralph Warren Wilson, and her dear husband of 47 years preceded her in death on June 2, 2011. Marietta was a homemaker, and she enjoyed helping her late husband Ralph in the office at Wilson’s Electric Shop in Falmouth, until his retirement in 1973. She was a member of the Falmouth Christian Church, where she was active in many church activities and projects throughout the years. Her kind heart will always be remembered by those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her son, George Harn of Pompano Beach, FL; her daughter, Brenda Robinson of Nicholasville, KY; her 5 grandchildren: Christopher Lee Littleton (Faye) of Lexington, KY, Ginger Morris of Nicholasville, KY, Gregory Franklin Harn (Tammy) of Alto, GA, Douglas George Harn (Scarlett) of Evansville, IN; and Johana Spillman (Antoine) of Nicholasville, KY; several great and great great grandchildren; 2 sisters: Ruby Slaton and Anne Fyffe, both of Flemingsburg, KY; her step-daughter, Karen Sue DeVries (Paul) of Richmond, KY; her 2 step-sons: Ralph Robert Wilson (Mary Jane) of Miamisburg, OH and Glen Douglas Wilson of Alexandria, KY; and a host of extended family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2020, at Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth, with Bro. Rick Halcomb officiating. The visitation will be from 5-7:00 pm on Friday, March 6, 2020 at the funeral home. Interment will take place in the Riverside Cemetery, Falmouth.
