Ethel Marie Conyers Clifford

Ethel Marie Conyers Clifford, 87, of Harrison County, KY, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2020, at the Robertson County Health Care Center in Mt. Olivet. Born on June 18, 1933 in Harrison County, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Roberta Gill Conyers. She married Kenneth H. Clifford, and her dear husband preceded her in death on Dec. 30, 2019. After her sons graduated from high school, she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics at the University of Kentucky. She worked at the Breckinridge Hospital as a dietician for 20 years. She is survived by one son, John Clifford of Paris, KY; 3 grandsons: Nathan Clifford and John Clifford, both of Robertson County, KY and Jimmy D. Clifford of Indiana; three great grandchildren; one brother, Emery Conyers of Williamsburg, VA and one sister, Fannie Hays of Winter Haven,FL. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, James Clifford. Graveside services will be held at 11 am on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Pythian Grove Cemetery in Berry, KY. Woodhead Funeral Home in Berry is caring for the family. Memorials are suggested to any Humane Society.
